Saracen £1,000 Security Guarantee
Designed and tested to meet all the latest security standards, our Saracen locks are backed by a unique five year security guarantee.
If your home suffers a break-in caused through the failure of the locking mechanism, Saracen will pay for the replacement of the window or door and compensate the you for the distress and inconvenience.
Scope
We fit Saracen locks as standard on the following products:
- uPVC casement windows
- uPVC Entrance doors (all colours and finishes)
- uPVC French doors
- Any of the above within a conservatory
The following products are excluded from this offer:
- Vertical sliding sash windows
- Patio (sliding) doors
- Tilt and turn windows
- Composite entrance doors
- Garage doors
- Rooflights
Terms and conditions
The guarantee is valid for a period of 5 years from registration and is fully transferable.
The guarantee relates to the failure of the Saracen hardware in the event of an attempted break-in.
The guarantee will only take effect from the date of receipt of the registration form or completion on-line at www.saracen-secure.co.uk within 14 days of installation.
The total compensation package will be up to £1,000 and will be the maximum amount payable in full and final settlement of any claim which must be made with 90 days of a break-in.
Up to £500 is payable to replace or repair the window or door and a further £500 is payable to the registered claimant.
The guarantee will be subject to the observance of the Saracen's instructions relating to the use and maintenance of Laird products.
